Tasting Notes

The deep, ruby-red colour is intense and bright. The nose is dominated by fresh red fruit, backed by subtle oaky aromas which add to the overall complexity. On the palate the attack is bold and well-rounded, with well-integrated tannins and an excellent sense of balance. The elegant finish is long, fruity and sweet.

Serving suggestions

Ideal with a selection of cured meats and cheeses, or served with grilled meat dishes.
Decant into a carafe before serving, ideally between 16 and 18°C.
