The wonderful alchemy that occurs thanks to the “Noble Rot” gives Château Broustet its brilliant, slightly golden colour, and a very intense bouquet of white flowers, lemon, peach and apricot notes. The balance between sweet-liqueur and acidity results in remarkable length on the palate, promising good ageing potential.
