Tasting Notes
This dense wine, with a deep purple colour, has a complex, balanced nose combining aromas of ripe dark fruit, woody notes and spicy touches. On the palate, it is full-bodied, fat and opulent, marked by a mellow acidity and ripe, round tannins.
Serving suggestions
A clean, well-made wine which will go perfectly with a sirloin steak in a wine sauce or a baron of lamb. To be enjoyed now, or kept for 5 to 6 years.
